Wonek Privacy Policy

Information collected
Wonek may collect account identity, role and login metadata, creator profiles, partner organizations, campaign and proposal records, uploads, public post URLs and metrics, payments and payouts, notifications, audit records, fraud-review data, click analytics, and support communications.
TikTok data and purposes
TikTok sign-in requests user.info.basic and may provide an open ID, avatar, and display name so Wonek can create or locate the user's account. A creator who separately connects TikTok may authorize user.info.profile, user.info.stats, and video.list. Wonek uses authorized data for account access, creator profile verification, campaign matching, public-post ownership checks, metric refresh, eligible-view and payout review, fraud prevention, disputes, and platform integrity. Wonek does not use these permissions to post content to TikTok.
Tokens, sharing, and security
TikTok authorization codes are processed transiently. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted and stored server-side. Wonek does not sell TikTok user data, tokens, or raw API responses. Limited profile and performance information may be visible to Wonek administrators and relevant marketplace participants. Operational providers may process limited data for hosting, security, logging, analytics, support, payments, email, and infrastructure under appropriate controls.
Retention and user controls
Wonek retains data while needed to provide the service and meet security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, accounting, dispute, legal, and platform-integrity obligations. Creators can disconnect TikTok where available, and users may revoke Wonek in TikTok account permissions. Verified requests for access, correction, export, or deletion remove or anonymize active data Wonek is not required to retain, normally within 30 days after verification and required account, payout, billing, security, or legal checks.
